About the role
As a Marketing Analyst in Reckitt’s Infant Formula & Child Nutrition team, you’ll support the Insights & Analytics function in uncovering data-driven stories that guide marketing, shopper, and digital strategies. You’ll turn data into insights that inform business decisions and help shape how we connect with consumers and healthcare professionals and support our consumer and medical marketing teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with data tools and methodologies used to understand consumers, markets, and brand performance, building the foundation for a career in marketing insights and analytics.
Your responsibilities
• Partner with Insights Manager to deliver consumer and shopper insight projects, including brand health tracking and ad-hoc research to answer business questions using data-driven storytelling.
• Consolidate insights from multiple data sources to provide a 360° view of consumer and category trends.
• Support research projects and consumer studies to bring consumer voice and medical insights into brand decisions.
• Assist in evaluating marketing and media effectiveness to support ongoing optimization.
• Help maintain accuracy and integrity of internal and external data sources, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Contribute to team learning by sharing best practices and continuously improving reporting tools and processes.
• Learn how to use syndicated and panel data tools (e.g., NielsenIQ, IRI, Numerator).
The experience we're looking for
• Demonstrated interest in data analysis and storytelling through coursework, projects, and internships, with an eye for accuracy and detail.
• Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• A great communicator and storyteller; you can turn numbers into stories and make insights engaging.
• Organized, curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in exploring new ways to use data.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• BS or BA in Marketing, Economics, Psychology or other research related areas.
• Open to recent graduates or early career professionals with internship experience in Research, CPG companies, Pharma, or Retail.
• This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
