About the role

Reckitt is looking for a process-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist the Brand Marketing team. This role will support with administrative and operational tasks needed for the overall success of the artwork management across the organization. Using your support skills, you will become the go-to person in the department supporting our Marketing team with the artwork administrative and system needs. This is an opportunity to gain exposure and valuable insights into the management of our North America consumer brands business in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Artwork systems lead and creative assets management – Routing approved artwork through systems and ensuring cross functional approval, create and maintain database for Brand artwork and marketing assets
  • Partner closely with Project Management function on milestone tracking; System processes; New Master Data information – providing updates to cross-functional team; 
  • Preparation of moderate to complex spreadsheets and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Review data for accuracy. These presentations may become part of both internal and external communications for the company
  • Review general administrative process and make efficient improvements to drive work efficiency and process 
  • Diagnose and handle business issues as they arise in a logical, self-directed manner. Determine what issues need to be brought to management's attention

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be a self-motivated individual, willing to take initiative and be proactive to meet additional challenges
  • Problem-solver with high results orientation
  • Willingness to learn new software applications
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment, including experience in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to draft business communications
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Proven analytical skills in working with data to ensure accuracy
  • Willingness to complete assignments and projects quickly and accurately
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic, changing environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate smoothly within a complex global matrix organization
  • Must have ability to travel occasionally to support offsite, local, planned events

US salary ranges

USD $66,000.00 -  $98,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
