About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic projects focused on supply chain network optimization, capital construction, and operational efficiency. This role will manage cross-functional initiatives that involve data analysis, facility layout and design, budget oversight, and end-to-end project execution—from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, supply chain, and capital deployment, with the ability to translate data into action and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Your responsibilities
· Lead projects that analyze and optimize supply chain network performance (e.g., facility location, transportation flow, inventory distribution, facility upgrades, etc).
· Deliver critical productivity, continuous improvement, technology, and network-related projects per the prioritized project pipeline
· Utilize data modeling and scenario analysis to inform decisions and recommend improvements.
· Manage the full lifecycle of complex projects including new warehouse builds, automation deployments, and retrofits.
· Drive detailed project planning, ensuring clear scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
· Partner with teams across Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
· Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications with clarity and purpose.
· Develop, track, and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and capital requests.
· Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while balancing quality and compliance standards.
· Maintain documentation and governance practices across multiple concurrent workstreams
The experience we're looking for
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or engineering; Project management experience within these functions is preferred.
· Proven success managing construction, automation, or CapEx projects preferred.
· Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
· Demonstrated knowledge of distribution network principles, practices, methods and procedures used in CPG logistics
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver under pressure.

US salary ranges
USD $103,000.00 - $155,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
