About the role
As our Procurement Manager for Raw Materials in Health & Nutrition, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Reckitt sources the ingredients that power our products. You’ll own a portfolio of raw materials, lead supplier negotiations, and drive strategies that strengthen supply, improve cost performance, and support our long‑term growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with Supply, R&D, Finance, Regulatory and Marketing — making sure we deliver the right materials, at the right quality, cost and reliability, every time.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
Your responsibilities
- Lead sourcing, tendering and negotiations for your raw materials portfolio to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Build and execute procurement strategies that improve cost, continuity of supply and long‑term value.
- Drive key financial performance measures (PPV, NWC) and make informed recommendations on business allocation.
- Partner closely with Supply, R&D, Finance and other teams to support innovation, risk management and market‑driven decision making.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience in procurement or supply chain within a complex, fast‑moving environment.
- Expereince in a multi-country environment: Commodity (Raws, Pack, etc) and Chemistry experience desirable
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Comfort working with financial targets and performance metrics.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence across functions.

US salary ranges
USD $127,000.00 - $159,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
