Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Sales Analyst Drug Channel plays a critical role in driving commercial success by translating data into actionable insights for the Drug retail business. This role partners closely with Sales, Trade Marketing and Finance to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities and support customer-facing strategies.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working with syndicated data and internal reporting tools to influence business decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Your responsibilities
• Analyze Drug channel sales performance across base business, promotions, distribution and pricing to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards and order tracking, proactively building ad hoc analyses to surface actional insights in a fast-paced, multi deadline environment.
• Deliver customer-specific insights to support line reviews, business updates and sell-in materials, both internally and externally.
• Track and evaluate promotional performance, including pre and post event analysis and trade ROI assessment.
• Monitor category, competitive and market trends to inform customer strategy and execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply & Finance to align insights with commercial priorities.
• Support quarterly, annual and ad-hoc planning processes with data-driven storytelling and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of data across reports, tools & presentations.
The experience we're looking for
• 4 year college degree.
• Some direct Sales and/or Brand Management experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations in a CPG environment preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis AND use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories.
• Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI)
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task
• Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and comfort with ambiguity, leading to a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of Consumer packaged goods industry
