SUMMARY

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations Team Leader and Managers by leveraging data to drive in-market implementation and ensure programs are meeting KPIs, such as, Gross Sales $, Gross Margin %, program Incrementality and Return on Investment. Key areas of responsibility include supporting Team Leaders and Sr. Managers in identifying program gaps, recommending additional opportunities and communicating effectively across the organization. This position is focused on driving display activity that leads to improved sales/share, with analytical support from IRI and other data sources.

Key Responsibilities

•    Using advanced software skills will be responsible for the preparation of moderate to complex spreadsheets and presentations using MS Excel and Power Point. Review data for accuracy. These presentations may become part of both internal communications for the company.  
•    Supports Display Project Managers & Team Leader (TL) with in-depth data analysis of strengths/weaknesses of program performance.
•    Must monitor and work closely with Cross Functional Team members to measure project KPIs are delivered and communicated
•    Provides analysis of projects and recommends new opportunities where needed, develops presentations, and communicates to Management team
•    Performs high-level, in depth analyses using syndicated and local data.
•    Measures performance and impact of key initiatives. Communicates results effectively across the business.
•    Understands and applies Local Success Model, Customer, Consumer and Industry insights using Nielsen, and other market research data to ensure top selling items are on display
•    Provides support for display and club item discontinuations 
•    Provides support as needed for program reviews in core Customers - provides national Brand/Category insights on displays.
•    Supports data input in the Master Project List system.
