About the role
Embark on an enriching journey as a Senior Finance Analyst at Reckitt - As an SFA, you will drive forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support growth and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll provide financial insights that inform key business decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen organizational performance. You’ll work closely with business partners across departments to deliver impactful analysis, P&L reporting, and financial modelling, while continuously enhancing planning processes and reporting tools for greater efficiency.
As such we are seeking a commercially minded, pragmatic and enthusiastic person who can seamlessly work with our colleagues spread across functions to deliver financial insights that drive value to the organisation.
Your responsibilities
o Review financial performance (GS to NR) on retail customers against FC/PL estimates to provide insights to Finance leadership during monthly internal MFR reviews. In addition, analyses our external performance from a POS/Inventory view to help provide insights on any risk/opportunity to the business
o Support the accounting, forecasting/budgeting and reporting of all trade investment lines, working closely with stakeholders across the business to improve accuracy and understanding, ensuring spend aligns with strategic priorities
o Robust reporting on month end, latest view & MFR with bridges and commentaries.
o Updating and maintaining Power BI dashboards to reflect current actuals and financial forecasts
o Assist sales teams to ensure promotion agreements are in compliance with company policies and properly accounted for each month
o Work with Sales and Accounting to ensure timely clearing of customer invoice deductions
o Closely work with Sales teams on Customer performance, brand performance and POS trends
o Construct and scrutinise our forecasted P&L, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning.
o Manage customer forecast submissions in planning tool, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
o Responsible for developing tools & preparing ad hoc reports to assist management in the decision-making process.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions
The experience we're looking for
o Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
o Strong understanding of financial statements, particularly P&L
o 4-6 years of commercial finance work experience
o Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; as well as knowledge of SAP, Power BI, IBP and SAC.
o Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data to management team.
o Comfortable working in fast paced environment while managing competing priorities

US salary ranges
USD $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
