About the role
We're looking for a Finance Director to become a cornerstone of our leadership team in a small market or cluster. Thrive in an environment that allows you to construct the financial framework that spurs business growth, fosters scalability and steers Reckitt forward. Your strategic leadership will not only influence our financial health but also enrich our team with integrity and commitment. As a beacon of expertise, you'll cultivate insights that span across functions, ensuring our operations align with our ambitions.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Lead the financial evaluation of mergers and acquisitions, focusing on capitol allocation and return analysis.
- Spearhead the business planning process, analysing performance to enhance profitability.
- Act as an authority on strategic decisions, verifying assumptions and uncovering in-depth insights.
- Ensure robustness in financial systems, processes and controls to support both ongoing and prospective growth initiatives.
- Model financial scenarios for disposals, considering the implications on group profitability and liquidity.
- Provide financial guidance for new debt financing or restructuring efforts.

- Solid track record of financial leadership and delivering in a multifaceted business environment.
- Capability to drive and lead change management, demonstrating adaptability in various cultural contexts.
- Proficient in advanced financial analysis and reporting for strategic business decisions.

- A qualified accountant with a firm grasp on investment analysis and budgeting.

US salary ranges
USD $158,000.00
- $236,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
