About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply End-to-End Productivity Lead to join our team. This global position will play a critical role in driving productivity improvements across our operations, from idea generation to raw material, packaging, formula, process and logistic optimization. The successful candidate will lead key transformation projects and process improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply, Procurement, and Manufacturing. 

Your responsibilities

  • Idea Generation: Support brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas for product and process improvements. 
  • Formulation Knowledge: Utilize expertise in formulation to optimize product recipes and ensure the highest quality standards. 
  • Raw/Pack Material Optimization: Collaborate with Procurement to identify and source the best raw materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. 
  • Formula Optimization: Work with Manufacturing to optimize packaging and formula processes, reducing waste and improving efficiency. 
  • Key Transformation Projects: Lead and manage key transformation projects aimed at enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of productivity initiatives. 
  • Project and Program Management: Oversee project and program management activities, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of initiatives. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Nutrition, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the infant nutrition, food, Pharma or CPG industries. 
  • Strong knowledge of formulation, raw materials, packaging, and process optimization. 
  • Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Financial acumen and Capex awareness. 
  • Ability to condense complex topics into clear & concise business cases.

US Salary Range

150,000.00 - 226,000.00
