Your responsibilities

• Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing top-quality candidates for positions within the corporate office
• Identify candidates by utilizing multiple direct sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media, networking and cold calling
• Identify appropriate sourcing strategies and leverage volume for greatest efficiency
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to guide and drive the recruitment process
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to develop and execute recruitment strategies aimed at generating proactive candidate flow to add to the pipeline
• Provide excellent candidate care and customer service to internal clients

The experience we're looking for

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Demonstrated success in use of social media (such as LinkedIn Recruiter) to drive company branding as well as develop candidate pipelines
• Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the recruitment process and successfully manage challenging assignments
• Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
