Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
• Action the go to market strategy by working cross functionally with supply, finance, and brand on the full end-to-end process around $200MM Upper Respiratory national display program.
• Define the go to market display strategy by working closely with our consumer Marketing and shopper insights functions to identify the key insights that will shape channel, category, and brand dynamics over the coming 12-18 months. You must have a strong analytical skills and ability to quickly learn and understand the category growth drivers (trade in, trade up etc).
• Design the go to market strategy by developing guidelines in the form of a Local Success Model (LSM) that provide each sales team in each channel with clear rules for engagement on each 4P. These LSMs need to be rooted in shopper and consumer understanding and deliver category growth for our retailers and both share growth and financial return for Reckitt. The ATMM must have excellent financial acumen, to model and validate the return on investment of their proposals. Within this part of the ATMM, you will be responsible for: The creation of the future New product development 4P launch strategy (by channel); Ideation and creation of base business development initiatives (BDIs); Development of an ROI based promotional strategy by channel; Assortment and placement strategy that is rooted in shopper insights & GMROI; Set the pricing strategy that fits with the brand positioning and our CGP model.; Provide the sales input in the brands annual planning process.
• Deliver the go to market strategy by ensuring the brands plans are externalized with excellence. This entails developing the sales materials (presentations, demo’s, samples etc) and supporting the sales team by attending key calls with the top accounts as the brand/category expert. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking the performance of brands and innovation to quickly identify the opportunities and then working with the sales and brand marketing teams on a day-to-day basis to optimize/overdrive.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA a plus)
• 4+ years of work experience in Sales and/or Marketing, including eCommerce
• Proven analytical skills
• Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI)
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and time management skill

US salary ranges
USD $80,000.00
- $120,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
