Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
In the role of Store Key Account, your objective will be to maximize execution excellence for Reckitt’s product portfolio within a predefined panel of stores (Hypermarkets and Supermarkets in the Modern Trade channel).
Your responsibilities
- Performance of Presence, Placement and Activation within your scope of responsibility
- Maximizing the effectiveness of activities agreed at national level by the National Account, negotiating impactful promotional area displays with your store contacts
- Negotiating integrations to the national promotional plan based on Category logic, company strategies and priorities
- Studying and implementing innovative in-store solutions to maximize secondary placements and/or cross-merchandising from a category management perspective
- Analyzing sell-out data of key implemented activities, conducting pre- and post-implementation analyses in stores to calculate ROI
- Shelf profitability analysis from a category perspective
- Distribution analysis related to the launch of new products and existing assortment items
- Monitoring competitor activities
The experience we're looking for
- Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
- 6–12 months of experience in Marketing and/or Sales within multinational FMCG companies
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong numerical analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and proactivity
- Results orientation and problem-solving skills
