About the role

Reckitt is seeking an experienced IT & Digital Director to lead our IT and digital transformation initiatives across all manufacturing sites (47 sites) as part of a greenfield transformation agenda across our network.
This role is critical in improving operational efficiency, driving innovation, and facilitating the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT management within the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of leveraging digital systems to enhance productivity and operational excellence to drive operational excellence and support Reckitt’s growth objectives.

Your responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
-Develop and implement comprehensive IT and digital strategies aligned with Reckitt's manufacturing goals.
-Provide vision and direction for digital transformation initiatives across all manufacturing sites.



Team Management:
-Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals (team of 10) ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
-Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the IT function. -Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging professional development.

 

Digital Transformation:
-Drive the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and machine learning, to optimize manufacturing processes.
Foster a culture of innovation by promoting the adoption of digital tools and methodologies. Oversee the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies, including IoT, automation, and data analytics, to streamline operations
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for digital upgrades.
-Oversee the IT infrastructure across all manufacturing sites, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
-Lead initiatives in systems integration, data management, and cloud adoption

The experience we're looking for

- Track record in leading IT / digital product and platform strategies, especially within agile and digital transformation contexts.
- Proficient in navigating complex project landscapes, demonstrating your capacity to guide and bring visions to life.
- Robust understanding of IT and digital architecture, coupled with a sharp awareness of the industry's regulatory and quality standards.
- Excellent at engaging stakeholders, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Forward-thinking, constantly staying abreast of the latest trends, with a genuine passion for leveraging innovative opportunitie

-Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with senior leadership team and manage senior stakeholders.
-Global experience highly preferred.
-
Experience with budget management and strategic planning. -Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and data protection regulations.
