Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing OTC Pharma business in Czech & Slovakia towards profit by maximising sales and margin revenue
  • Responsible for setting and optimizing go-to-market model
  • Setting, monitoring, and evaluating sales objectives and target achievements
  • Managing P&L, sales plans, forecasting, NPD launches, price strategies, portfolio optimization
  • Consolidating data and reporting to region- financial KPIs, strategies, business opportunities
  • Identifying, analyzing, and implementing business development opportunities collaborating with other department’s-marketing, finance, CS, demand supply, quality, legal
  • Coaching and assisting where necessary in the customer negotiations of Key Account Managers and Area Sales Managers
  • Leading, motivating, empowering, developing the Key Account- and Field force team

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years’ Sales experience in a multinational company, ideally with OTC/Pharma/FMCG product portfolio
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading high-performing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, products, customers, and competitors
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented, results-driven, and innovative mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
