About the role

A Supply Coordinator at Reckitt ensures product availability by optimizing production plans, managing stock levels, and coordinating logistics operations. Working closely with demand planners to forecast impacts, support new product launches, and address out-of-stock risks, ensuring efficient delivery and maintaining the reliability of Reckitt's supply chain.

Your responsibilities

• Order processing for pharma customers
• Cooperation with the 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth supply processing
• Close cooperation with Pharma sales department
• Cooperation with supply and demand planners to monitor stock at pharma WH.
• Customer claims approval and processing +  Internal claims
• Regular reporting
• Inbound  deliveries  (including intercompany logistics) , communication with external warehouse and with factories
• Physical presence at inventory stock counts at Pharma WH
• Optimilization of stock level 

The experience we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Proven track record in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Reliability and willingness to learn and grow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Czech or Slowak language and English is a must
