About the role

The scope of the job includes processes & systems monitoring and overseeing documentation and compliance to QMS. The incumbent will be responsible to manage assigned tasks and reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor adherence to QA processes in compliance with all local regulatory requirements and Reckitt quality management systems.
  • Implement Product Quality plans to ensure controls of manufacturing, quality testing and product packaging through line inspection.
  • Ensuring that quality assurance procedures are in place and implemented for effectively managing customer complaints.
  • Perform Annual Product Review (where applicable) and prepare report.
  • Communicate with the management on achievement of KPIs / Global quality standards & other Quality related targets set for the year and ensure implementation.
  • Verification of batch documents to ensure release of Finished Products for sales is done in compliance with all local regulatory requirements and Reckitt Quality Management system.
  • Monitor implement Product Validation plan to ensure robustness of manufacturing process, equipment, cleaning and environment.
  • Participate in GMP Audit Program for the site
  • Report deviations participate in investigations and monitor progress on implementation of CAPA.
  • Follow change control procedures and implementation of CAPA
  • Channelize investigation of customer complaint.
  • Verification of Batch history records/ documents and finished product and raw material retention samples.
  • Monitor, investigate and report KPIs and take corrective/ preventive actions to improve Quality performance.
  • Preparation of QA related SOPs and maintain records i.e. management of DocuSign.
  • Provide and ensure complete awareness and trainings as per TNA on GMP, GLP and GDP on regular basis to all key personals at all levels.
  • Responsible to rotate in shifts as per shared shift plan
  • Active participation during internal / External Audit as per factory plan.
  • Managing, tracking & assessing deviations & change controls in QualityOne.
  • Responsible for performing RCA, CAPA plans.
  • To Manage B and C shifts

The experience we're looking for

  • Educated to a minimum bachelor’s degree level in Pharmacy Chemistry or science from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 to 3  years’ experience in  in a reputed organization.
