About the role

The Junior Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our brand portfolio. The position is responsible for Baltics region and can be based in Riga, Tallinn or Vilnius. To our new colleague we are offering 1 year fixed-term contract.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for the assigned brands
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand campaigns across various channels
  • Work closely with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape
  • Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling brand content and messaging
  • Assist in managing brand communications, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders

The experience we're looking for

  • At least one year of experience in brand management/trade marketing or a related role
  • Degree in marketing or a business-related subject
  • Fluent in local language and English
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
    Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive for result, learning agility, attention to details
