Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As Sales Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing and developing our business in Lithuania. You will work closely with distributors, act as a trusted partner for key clients, and deliver outstanding commercial results.

This is a highly autonomous role where you will shape market strategy, drive sales performance, and strengthen our brand presence in Lithuania.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the brands’ business across Lithuania.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor the sales strategy both with direct customers and through distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive initiatives to increase market share.
  • Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ensure effective brand positioning and availability in the market
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement global and local strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with key accounts.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG or hygiene/consumer goods.
  • Strong distributor management and key account management experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, result-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within Lithuania as needed.
