About the role
The Junior Manager, SC Analytics & Projects is responsible for driving the digital transformation, process excellence, and analytics agenda across the CSL&P organization in Brazil. This role combines Supply Chain expertise and Information Technology capabilities to identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, automation, and governance, supporting the strategic priorities of the business.
The position acts as a key enabler of the CSL&P Brazil ESSA program (Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, and Automate), leading projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service levels, data quality, and overall business performance.
Reporting directly to the CSL&P Director and managing a team of two professionals, this role is part of the CSL&P Leadership Team and partners closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, and IT stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the CSL&P digital transformation and continuous improvement agenda across Planning, Customer Service, Order Management, and Logistics.
- Drive the ESSA (Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, and Automate) culture through identification, prioritization, and execution of improvement initiatives.
- Manage Supply Chain analytics and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision making.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process optimization, system enhancements, and automation.
- Act as the primary governance lead for SAP Supply Chain processes, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Coordinate and govern the network of Business Experts and Super Users across CSL&P functions.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities, ensuring appropriate planning, execution, issue resolution, and business readiness.
- Partner with regional and global teams on system deployments, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Establish and maintain process standards, documentation, governance models, and performance metrics.
- Prioritize initiatives and resources to ensure alignment with business strategy and operational objectives.
- Develop team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Transportation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain systems.
• Experience managing projects, business transformations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
