In Research and Development, we're full of highly skilled talents that include Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory professionals - all working to create a cleaner, healthier world. Sobre a oportunidade:

O estágio supervisionado em Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento na Reckitt tem como objetivo aprofundar os conhecimentos na área e proporcionar experiência prática nos temas abordados em aula, estimulando a capacidade crítica e a adaptação a mudanças e novas demandas do mercado.

Suas responsabilidades:

  • Sob supervisão geral, atua na melhoria e manutenção de produtos existentes;
  • Apoia na condução de estudos laboratoriais, industriais, de estabilidade e performance para Dish & Fabric Care;
  • Registra informações em cadernos e elabora relatórios dos estudos realizados;
  • Realiza a coleta de materiais na fábrica e almoxarifados;
  • Mantém a organização do laboratório e do escritório, contribuindo para o 5S e a boa gestão do ambiente;
  • Participa ativamente de uma ou mais equipes de Atividade Transversal dentro do departamento de Pesquisa & Desenvolvimento;
  • Colaborar estreitamente com os grupos de Inovação de P&D;
  • Oferece suporte no desenvolvimento de demonstrações e na criação de materiais para novas comunicações, campanhas e claims.s.

As experiências que estamos buscando:

  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de laboratório (5S, Segurança, equipamentos, vidrarias, reagentes etc.);
  • Compreensão de interações químicas;
  • Inglês básico/intermediário;
  • Conhecimento em pacote office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word);
  • Boas habilidades de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade de identificar e comunicar riscos;
