Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Garantir a execução perfeita no PDV
Implementação dos materiais de POP
Realizar detalhamento de produtos ao balconista/farmacêutico
Identificar oportunidades de Sell Out vs a concorrência
Garantir a venda do mix ideal no pequeno varejo (independente)

Your responsibilities

Liderar todo o processo de gestão de contas de clientes independentes sob a sua gestão.
Garantir a estratégia de execução no PDV
Excelência na execução
Captar oportunidades de melhorias na distribuição do MSL nos clientes de sua responsabilidade
Ser resiliente e proativo
Estabelecer uma relação de parceria e transparência com os clientes e colegas de trabalho tendo como base nossa bussola
Trazer boas práticas para construção de um modelo de negócio vencedor e rentável

The experience we're looking for

Qualificações/Atributos Pessoais:

Domínio do pacote office: (excel/power point)
Conhecimento no canal farma será um diferencial
Capacidade analítica, controles, habilidade comercial e bom relacionamento interpessoal
