About the role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of employee rewards? Reckitt seeks a forward-thinking Head of Reward to oversee the reward framework for a significant market or a collection of markets. You will have primary responsibility for Reward of LATAM region. Devise and lead the implementation of Reward strategies. Lead a team with accountability for driving designs of local programmes and policies, implementation of global programmes and processes & overall Reward governance for the region.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the Reward programme design for the scope of the regions
  • Support the Reward Director for global initiatives and processes relating to reward such as compensation, incentive design and benefits (Annual Pay Review, Annual Performance Plan programmes, etc)
  • Maintain understanding and knowledge of the Group’s Reward related programmes (including APP, Pensions, LTI etc.) to ensure they continue to deliver value to colleagues and the business, using expertise to review and make suggested improvements
  • Provide analysis to support improvements in share schemes, recognition and benefits projects
  • Represent the regions and ensure applicability of global programmes by providing local insights
  • Find new ways to motivate colleagues and ensure Reckitt remains competitive and fair
  • Lead and develop team of Reward resources

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience designing and implementing reward programmes in complex multinational business across similar geographies
  • Highly analytical with strong numeracy skills, able to take internal and external data and provide original insights
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships across all levels
  • Proven track record in a Reward role within a high-energy setting, adept at juggling varied projects
  • Expert project manager with the finesse to balance multiple priorities and engage stakeholders even amidst uncertainty
  • Sharp analytical accumen, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Accomplished at building relationships and communicating effectively across all levels of an organisation
  • Proficient in Compensation & Benefits, with a knack for planning and executing strategic initiatives
  • Adaptable and experienced in guiding change, always with an eye on enhancing reward management
