About the role

We're looking for a visionary IT & D Regional Director to join our spirited Reckitt team! In this pivotal role, you'll be orchestrating strategies that fuel growth, enhance customer experience, and pioneer innovation. Your expertise will shape the technological landscape of our renowned brand. Your responsibilities

Define and execute the LATAM IT&D roadmap in alignment with global priorities and local market requirements.
Collaborate with regional leadership teams to identify opportunities where technology and digital solutions can accelerate business performance.
Drive adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and digital platforms to enhance consumer engagement and operational efficiency.
Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards are upheld across all LATAM operations.
Oversee IT service delivery, infrastructure, and application management, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Build and mentor a high-performing IT&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
Manage key technology partners and vendors, ensuring value creation and alignment with business objectives.
Lead organizational change initiatives to embed digital-first ways of working across LATAM.

The experience we're looking for

Proven track record in IT&D leadership roles within multinational organizations, preferably in FMCG or consumer health industries.
Strong experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Deep understanding of LATAM markets, with ability to adapt global strategies to local realities.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
Strong project management and vendor negotiation capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Certifications

ITIL or COBIT (IT governance and service management).
PMP or PRINCE2 (project management).
