About the role

Join Essential Home as a Regional Marketing Senior Manager leading brand innovation for AirWick & Local Jewels brands, driving value across Latin America region. You’ll be a key player in shaping brands strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and collaborating with stakeholders to align priorities and strategies with business goals.

Your responsibilities

• Lead innovation process of all AirWick & Local Jewels brand initiatives;
• Conduct and guide the creation of brand measurements and analysis (market share reports, pricing updates, business intelligence, sales updates);
• Make sure that all the activities are accomplished in time according to the Marketing Plans or the timetables developed for each project;
• Participate in the process to define the innovation pipeline to expand Brand's equities to other benefits/targets/categories;
• Lead & Execute Brand initiatives and follow-up performance;
• Be involved with other functional areas to achieve & implement brand strategies & objectives/ innovation/ POS activities;
• Define long and short-term strategies for the Category and lead the ideation and execution of innovation, advertising and promotional activities;    
• A&P Budget administration: coordinate monthly closings and projections and follow-up to ensure spending as planned;
• Full understanding and knowledge of the brand: Brand Equity, Financials, Sales, Channels, Go to Market, Key Competitors, POS Dynamics, Market Trends & Consumer Understanding;
• Lead brief construction and participate in the development of the TV Campaign, from the brief to the final ad;
• Follow-up to the implementation of the media strategy for the Brand;
• Lead with multifunctional teams the definition, planning, implementation and evaluation of BTL Mkt Activities (POS, PR, Promotions, Sampling, etc), by being a key contributor in activities' implementation to achieve high performance and flawless execution;
• Aligning commercial areas to assure accurate implementation & added value in Brand Consumer Promotions;
• Assure all Trade Marketing activities are in line with brand equity;
• Accomplish sales/ market performance follow up to issue communication and reports, also to contribute to the development of action plans;
• Transform insights from market research data into action plans and share data accurately and timely;
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and consumer/market trends, to identify potential threats or opportunities;
• Monitor regional sales demand plans & support brand profitability.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering;
• MBA related to Brand, CMI or Marketing;
• Solid experience performing in marketing/brand leadership roles within the FMCG space;
• Experience with budget administration, promotional activities & information analysis;
• Strong knowledge in general innovation process, basic research methodologies & relationships with agencies;
• Practical experience in leading and managing risk opportunities, particularly those related to currency.
• Project Management skills;
• Expertise in navigating various internal interests, with comprehensive knowledge in procurement and complex legal contracts;
• People management exposure, preferably overseeing diverse geographical areas;
• Solid understanding of market dynamics to proactively manage sourcing and contracting activities.
