About the role
We are on the lookout for a Factory Planning Manager who can bring a fresh perspective to our large-scale manufacturing operations at Reckitt. Your responsibilities
• Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the Production Planning organization.
• Align planning processes and capacity with strategic objectives of VMS, Blister, and SoftGel businesses.
• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring effective stock management and minimizing excess.
• Lead process improvements by defining roles, setting priorities, providing direction, and coaching team members.
• Serve as a key liaison, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and evaluate functional and financial performance to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules across all production value streams.
• Ensure accuracy of planning master data (FG and WIP) in systems such as SNP, DRP, RR, and WMS.
• Manage material flows from stores to production to meet schedules and optimize stock levels.
• Analyse production capacity and specifications to determine resource and tooling requirements.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or retail environments.
• Extensive experience in DRP/MPS/MRP processes and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects, negotiate with suppliers, and drive performance.
• Strong decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
• Experienced in managing both direct and indirect reports.
• Well-organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Effective communicator across all organizational levels; self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.

Salary Range
USD $95,000.00 - $143,000.00
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
