About the role
This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency to deliver scheduled demand while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. This position will cover assigned assets using data to drive increase efficiencies in compliance (Safety and Quality), team and machine performance and productivity.
Schedule is flex 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Pay rate - 27hr
Your responsibilities
- Support follow up investigation, root cause and CAPA completed for area EHS incidents
- Completion of monthly BSO and where relevant consequent actions and feedback to teams
- Continuous improvement activities related to EHS and audit support and CAPA completion
- Support follow up investigation, root cause and CAPA completed for area quality issues and deviations
- Drives for Right First-Time performance on batch documentation
- Continuous improvement activities related to Quality and audit support and CAPA completion
- Ensure quality compliance for area changes through Trackwise change control ownership
- Maintain area SOPs and associate training
- Ensure efficiency actions maintained and improvement to enable production schedule to be met
- Responsible for line OEE and waste performance KPIs and continuous improvement
- OEE reporting process – monitor shift reporting, lead daily review with department team and weekly review with area management team and support functions
- Control OEE and waste action trackers and ensure completion within agreed deadlines
- Lead Kaizen events on assets to identify and implement productivity improvements
- Set up visual management & parameters and establish KPI measurement system & procedure
- Management of non-VMI consumables ordering
The experience we're looking for
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong MS Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Openness to change and ability to think out of the box
- Ability to plan, priorities and organize work and resources appropriate to requirements
