About the role

You’ll lead a sharp, motivated QC crew, powering breakthrough accuracy and lightning‑fast turnaround times that make a real impact. Your responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all QC testing activities during the shift to meet production and release timelines.
  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate workload across analysts/technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing.
  • Review and approve laboratory data, documentation, and electronic records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Lead or support investigations (OOS/OOT/Deviations), CAPA initiation, and root-cause analysis with proper documentation.
  • Partner with Production, QA, and other functions to resolve issues, align priorities, and maintain audit readiness.
  • No VISA sponsorship, international movement or relocation services are being offered for this role. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in QC, analytical testing, or laboratory operations.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience working within regulated environments such as cGMP, GLP, or ISO settings.
  • Experience using laboratory or quality-related systems (e.g., LIMS, LES, TrackWise, MasterControl, SAP/ERP) and instruments (HPLC, ICP-MS, GC).

The skills for success

  • Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP/ISO and data integrity (ALCOA+) requirements
  • Proficiency with analytical laboratory methods and instrumentation
  • Skilled in data review, documentation accuracy, and compliance
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop QC analysts/technicians
  • Root-cause analysis and problem‑solving skills (e.g., OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA)
  • Workload planning, prioritization, and shift coordination
  • Effective communication skills across QA, Production, and cross‑functional teams
  • Proficiency with LIMS/LES, QMS tools (TrackWise/MasterControl), and MS Office
  • Decision‑making skills under time pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset (process optimization, right‑first‑time focus)

US salary ranges

USD $98,000.00 -  $146,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
