About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead new product introductions and existing product development initiatives across the Supply organization. This role partners closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and end-to-end project management across key Product Supply functions, including Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Procurement, driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
Your responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication plans.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and expectations clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, resources, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure successful delivery.
- Assign responsibilities and drive accountability across project teams.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring progress remains on track.
- Prepare and present project updates, status reports, business cases, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively manage changes, anticipate potential challenges, and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Drive the rapid execution of key projects, ensuring business commitments, target timelines, and expected operational and financial benefits are achieved.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to support continuous improvement and successful product delivery.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-functional Supply or Operations environment within an international organization.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and business results.
- Project Management experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional and/or multinational projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business objectives and operational priorities.
