Assistant Activity Manager ( 2 years contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Activity Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support new product and existing product developments within the Supply organization at a country level. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing) for smooth execution.
  • Set and manage project expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Track dependencies and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation.
  • Proactively manage scope changes and devise contingency plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related fields.
  • Proven project management experience (preferably in FMCG).
  • Experience in multi-functional and multinational project environments.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to coach and train stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project).
  • SAP knowledge/experience is an advantage.
