H&S Project Manager

City: Samut Prakan

Role Summary:

Participating design and projects review for any change impact with EHS related, risk assessment and collaborative working with engineering, operation and other functions to support project/initiative review to ensure effective change management preventing EHS related issue.

Role & Responsibilities:

Be HSE Representative to give advice of construction safety project & design input to the team and projects HSE validation program such as machine validation, building validation etc.
Lead on change management program and process safety management program (PSM) related with HSE preparation revise related document, Operation procedure and control procedure related.
Be single point contact for any change impact EHS to ensure the change has comply with related standard and Maintaining ISO 14001&45001 Management system and Reckitt Standard.
To review and advise risk assessment and mitigation, coach and proposed solution of any change of the factory such as new machine installation, process change to be support assess the risk to the team and analysis environment aspect, advise or guidance to team follow the HSE Management System.
To completed documents related with the change in EHS related parts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety engineering or other related engineering field.
Minimum 10 years working experience as H&S in manufacturing site
Knowledge of local regulations related with Health, Safety and Environment
Experience of Projects Design and Change Management Review
Understand all applicable government of Thailand Environment Regulations
Strong communication, people management and influencing skills
Good command of written and spoken in English
