HR Business Partner

About the role:

Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Assist in the roll-out of HR strategies and policies tailored for our factory division, ensuring alignment with our broader company goals.
  • Offer hands-on support and counsel on HR matters to both employees and management.
  • Play a pivotal role in employee development, contributing to initiatives that bolster performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams to nurture a positive, safe, and compliant working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s  degree of HRM, HRD or related field.
  • Experience 5-8 years in HR Management
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English.
