About the role:
Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Assist in the roll-out of HR strategies and policies tailored for our factory division, ensuring alignment with our broader company goals.
- Offer hands-on support and counsel on HR matters to both employees and management.
- Play a pivotal role in employee development, contributing to initiatives that bolster performance and growth.
- Collaborate with various teams to nurture a positive, safe, and compliant working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of HRM, HRD or related field.
- Experience 5-8 years in HR Management
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
