About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to drive the activation of all strategic IT&D initiatives and to be accountable for the deployment of global programs within the factory. The role is site-based and supports transformation in the health and hygiene factory through direct engagement with factory teams. It includes establishing strong account manager relationships with site leadership to ensure clear communication among all stakeholders and to secure their buy-in and commitment to the transformation journey.
The role holder will work closely with business leadership teams to implement standardized business processes, data practices, and technology solutions as part of a global transformation program. At the same time, they will ensure that health-related and site-specific requirements are considered, while maintaining the site’s active contribution to the group innovation program.
In addition, the role holder will continuously monitor support services provided to the factories, coordinate communication and escalation during critical situations, and champion a stable and healthy factory IT ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

  • Build strong business partnerships by establishing effective relationships (both virtual and in-person) with the Reckitt Manufacturing community within the region, as well as with global Health & Hygiene and IT&D teams. Engage at both leadership and operational levels, including developing sustainable relationships with key factory and shopfloor personnel.
  • Confidently guide and challenge leadership thinking through strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective and informed decision-making.
  • Operate effectively within a matrix environment, supporting Solutions Delivery and Demand Management by leveraging shared resource pools to deliver required outcomes.
  • Oversee the relationship and execution of manufacturing operations, with sufficient process understanding to propose business solutions while clearly articulating challenges to technical and delivery teams. Develop a strong understanding of key Reckitt applications and actively leverage their benefits.
  • Ensure that global technical and information standards are consistently implemented and fully complied with across all activities.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and strong IT, OT, and commercial acumen, with a persistent focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for Reckitt while aligning with business goals. Ensure the successful delivery of both local and global projects in line with agreed plans.
  • Make informed business decisions that enable the organization to profitably and sustainably seize opportunities, with a forward-looking focus on factory automation and digital manufacturing.
  • Develop the capability and presence to become an integral member of factory leadership teams, representing IT&D in strategic discussions and decision-making forums.
  • Build organizational capability to effectively adopt, utilize, and derive value from technological solutions.
  • Establish and drive the IT&D transformation journey in collaboration with regional leadership, while ensuring strong alignment and engagement with global teams.

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Industrial Engineering, or other related. Master’s degree will be an advantage. 
  • Having at least 5 years of experience in relevant industry with 3 years of experience in managerial position.
  • Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT&D Operating Model along-side Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0

  • English literate (reading, written, spoken).
  • Willing to travel among sites in Thailand.
