About the role
The Manufacturing Technician requires solid engineering knowledge and practical experience to ensure maximum line efficiency, with accountability for delivering key performance indicators. This role combines operational and technical responsibilities to keep production lines running smoothly and produce high-quality products
Your responsibilities
- Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
- Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands.
- Prioritise safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
- Support the reliability of our machinery with regular maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
- Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals.
- When the manufacturing line is operating efficiently they will support with the operation of the machinery.
The experience we're looking for
- Technical vocational certificate
- At least 1 years’ experience as an engineering technician
- Hands-on experience with high-speed production/packaging lines, preferably in FMCG, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience working to targets and meeting KPIs
The skills for success
- Ability to drive and implement continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of quality standards and cGMP
- Familiar with SOPs and change control processes
