R&D Product Delivery & Maintenance Assistant ( 1 year Contract)

About the role

We’re looking for an R&D PDM Analyst/Assistant to support product development and maintenance activities across Reckitt’s healthcare, medical device, cosmetic, and general product portfolios. This role ensures compliance, documentation readiness, and technical support for ongoing R&D projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Support product development and maintenance according to project timelines.
  • Prepare and manage technical documents, product specifications, and reports.
  • Assist with formulation, feasibility work, validation, stability studies, and industrial trials.
  • Produce laboratory samples for evaluations and consumer tests (as required).
  • Update and maintain R&D and healthcare database systems.
  • Conduct analytical testing (stability, feasibility, routine analysis) following GLP/GMP standards.
  • Analyze data, report results, and support analytical problem-solving.
  • Contribute to method validation and troubleshooting.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering or other relevant scientific discipline.
  • Basic understanding of R&D processes and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, wet chemistry) preferred.
  • Understanding of analytical method validation is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and adaptability.
  • Able to manage timelines and deliver results efficiently.
  • Good relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
