About the role

Responsible for maintaining plant and equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with cGMP standards. Drive continuous improvement of systems and performance to support manufacturing growth and achieve supply chain goals in service, quality, and cost. Consistently uphold and demonstrate Reckitt Benckiser’s core values.

Your responsibilities

Maintain all plant and equipment to required standards for safety, reliability, and compliance with cGMP.
Actively participate in daily maintenance reviews.
Diagnose and fix issues with manufacturing equipment and systems.
Understand area maintenance needs and deliver proactive, responsive, customer-focused service using good engineering practices.
Follow all maintenance procedures and comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance requirements.

The experience we're looking for

3–5 years of experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, or preventive maintenance.
Background in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industries preferred.
Knowledge of controls and instrumentation systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff at all levels.
Practical experience in operating and maintaining large, multi-purpose facilities (ideally pharmaceutical).
Understanding of manufacturing processes and cGMP requirements, and their impact on product quality.
