Sobre el Rol

Responsible for analyzing & consolidating high quality data to feed Sell In Forecast as an output of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Top key activities are to plug demand generation initiatives, customers info (Sell-In, Sell-Out & Inventories) & Data analysis by Channel/Brand/SKU, also to analize KPI involved at IBP process to identify gaps in advance and set action plans and accomplish CAM Business targets.

Your responsibilities

Reconcile and upload IBP reconciliation (after MBR) to Kinaxis systems. Reconcile and upload CAM files with IBP cycle information.

Lead Pre alignment meetings with Marketing and Sales reviewing recommended SO and SI forecast.

Elaborate, analyze and communicate DOI report, finding major variations and opportunities against targets. Lead the redefinition of targets every 6 months according to the results obtained and the input of CBD.

Analysis of value aggregation for every series reviewed on the IBP process (quarterly). Check which of the different series (Marketing, Sales or Stat) is more accurate and bring more value to the process.

The experience we're looking for

- Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. - A strong track record of leadership and team management. - Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. - Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. - Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
