Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role

Your responsibilities
- Drive the financial performance of our Plan, monitoring and adapting strategies to achieve market share goals.
- Define the sales team structure, foster engagement, inclusivity, and effectiveness, while focusing on talent development.
- Develop and execute customer / channel strategies tailored to local market needs, ensuring the delivery of approved trade spend.
- Build strategic customer relationships, strategize for local channels, and negotiate contracts that balance business growth with sustainable ROI.
- Own business development initiatives to boost revenue within the market.
The experience we're looking for
- A stellar background in FMCG sales, with evidence of leading high-achieving sales or marketing teams.
- Multifaceted expertise across sales management, trade marketing, and customer relations.
- A talent for successful strategy creation coupled with the ability to implement them effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, fostering strong cross-functional team dynamics.
- A proactive and results-focused approach, with the agility to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
