Our Sales Team

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Sobre el rol

Como Trade Marketing Analyst, serás responsable de transformar las estrategias de Marketing y Ventas en planes de ejecución efectivos para el mercado. Trabajarás de forma regional apoyando a Chile, Perú y Ecuador, impulsando iniciativas comerciales, monitoreando el desempeño del negocio y asegurando una excelente ejecución en punto de venta para algunas de las marcas más reconocidas de Reckitt.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Apoyar la gestión y administración del portafolio de marcas, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y presupuestarios.
  • Desarrollar planes promocionales y estrategias comerciales basadas en el entendimiento del mercado, el consumidor y las necesidades del negocio.
  • Coordinar la implementación de campañas y actividades en punto de venta.
  • Gestionar el desarrollo y seguimiento de materiales de visibilidad para el canal.
  • Monitorear KPIs comerciales y generar análisis que apoyen la toma de decisiones.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar una ejecución efectiva de las iniciativas comerciales en la región.

La experiencia que estamos buscando

  • Profesionales de ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Marketing o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa en Trade Marketing o áreas comerciales relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento de análisis de negocio, rentabilidad y lectura de indicadores comerciales.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas como Excel y Power BI.
  • Conocimiento de Nielsen o IQVIA es altamente deseable.
  • SAP será considerado un plus.

  • Mentalidad analítica y orientación a la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Capacidad para comprender la rentabilidad y el impacto comercial de las iniciativas de Trade Marketing.
  • Fuerte sentido de ownership y responsabilidad sobre los resultados.
  • Excelente organización y gestión del tiempo para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Habilidad para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y construir relaciones efectivas.
  • Proactividad y enfoque en la ejecución.
