Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Lead the commercial execution strategy across different channels and customers, connecting brand priorities with the point of sale to maximize sell-out, profitability, and market share. Responsible for translating marketing and commercial strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, optimizing trade investments, developing shopper marketing initiatives based on insights, and ensuring outstanding execution through close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams, driving sustainable business growth. Manages the merchandising team and ensures the proper implementation of commercial strategies at the point of sale.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy for the Nutrition categories aligned with brand priorities and business objectives
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans for different channels and clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to identify growth opportunities in clients and categories, generating growth Building Blocks
  • Supervise and develop the Trade Marketing team, ensuring priority alignment and tracking results
  • KPI's definition & compliance such as availability, visibility, shelf share, and proper planogram implementation
  • Evaluate the performance of promotions and optimize commercial investment (Trade Spend)
  • Pricing, promotion & portfolio strategies
  • Analyze market information, sell-out data, and shopper trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Carry out store checks and in-store execution analysis to spot opportunities in brand execution and compared to the competition
  • Trade Marketing budget management

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related
  • Solid experience in similar roles (Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Shoppers, etc)
  • Solid leadership & project management skills
  • Experience with Modern & Traditional trade channels
  • Market research/analysis & data analysis
  • Office suite & Power BI
