Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Are you ready to accelerate your career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial FMCG environment? We’re looking for a Sales Analyst to support Reckitt’s Action EU team, based in our Amsterdam office.


In this role, you’ll dive deep into data, uncover insights, and help shape decisions that directly impact Reckitt’s performance with one of Europe’s fastest growing retailers. We’re seeking someone analytical, curious, and proactive—someone who enjoys solving problems and challenging the status quo. As part of the Action EU Sales team, you’ll work across markets, collaborate with commercial and finance stakeholders, and play a key role in driving profitable growth..

Your responsibilities

  • Provide full analytical support to the Action EU team by analysing internal and external sales data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver accurate monthly reporting, including sales KPI trends, performance analysis with Sales and Marketing, financial forecasting at total and country levels, joint profit maximisation planning, and market share tracking.
  • Own, maintain, and continuously enhance the Action Sales Dashboard, ensuring visibility of all relevant internal and external KPIs.
  • Lead cross‑market collaboration by acting as the central contact point for sales teams across all Action markets, collecting monthly data inputs and validating Action Plan updates.
  • Respond to market requests and analytical enquiries, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and strong alignment across Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Poland.

The experience we're looking for

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
•    3–5+ years of experience in commercial finance, business analytics, or a similar role.
•    Strong analytical skills with a passion for data driven decision making.
•    Flexible, resilient, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
•    Highly accurate, structured, and process oriented.
•    Proactive problem solver with creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
•    Experience in project management is a plus.
•    Strong systems capabilities (Excel, BI tools).
•    Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
