As a Global Brand Manager (GBM), you will be responsible for driving Global Innovation for our AirWick portfolio. You will:
- Support the development of the strategic 5-year plan and Global Succes Model (GSM/4P's) with diagnostics and analysis
- Support the development and validation of key innovation initiatives
- Lead large scale project and work closely with functional teams to deliver projects until approval and launch.
Your responsibilities
Strategy
- Supports the development of the strategic 3yr plan and GSM/4 P's with diagnostics and analysis.
- Supports masterplans per region to deliver sufficiency of innovation to deliver growth targets.
Innovation
- Key partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of innovation on time and to quality.
- Align Innovation Priorities across Categories and Key Markets.
- Develop Concepts for Existing and New Products in line with innovation priorities.
- Set Product, Packaging, Claim, and Pricing Strategy for all innovation.
- Lead and develop eComm-fit projects.
- Oversee Innovation Development and Stage-gate Approvals through to Launch Recommendations
- Ensure Sustainability fully embedded in all our innovations, sufficient to deliver category targets.
- Support Insights & Analytics (I&A) Validation - Reco and execute all consumer requirements (incl budgets) and action accordingly across multi markets (with I&A).
- Development of Master pack designs for EPDs and NPDs.
Base Business Continuity
- Drive the Productivity pipeline on product and packaging (GM Enhancement programs) from ideation to implementation.
- Maintenance of base formulations and claims with respect to changing regulations or guidelines.
The experience we're looking for
Marketing Experience:
- Must be able to demonstrate strong marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment.
- Good strategic thinking skills and ability to support the execution of brand strategy.
- Performance management, commercial acumen, P&L understanding.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to uncover trends and insights that guide strategic decisions.
Innovation Experience:
- Must be able to demonstrate strong skills in innovation development and delivery
- Idea generation and validation
- Project delivery
- Cross-organization leadership
Other Personal Attributes
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (CDO, Sales, Key Lead Markets)
- Strong interpersonal skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of expertise

- Resilient and able to respond under pressure
- Ability to influence and collaborate with markets with varying levels of portfolio and brand maturity
- The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other language(s) is advantageous.
