About the role

This role is based in Reckitt ’s Supply – Manufacturing vertical and plays a key role in
establishing a data - driven manufacturing operations strategy through collaboration with but
not limited to engineering , manufacturing excellence and IT stakeholders .

Your responsibilities

Shaping and driving the product vision and strategy in line with Supply business goals
Leading a multi-year roadmap focused on high-impact digital and operational initiatives
Identifying opportunities to deliver business value and supporting plants/categories with measurable benefits
Establishing strong data and product standards across systems, processes, and lifecycle management
Building engagement across regions by partnering with stakeholders, super users, and business teams
Managing relationships with external technology and platform partners, including integration providers and automation vendors
Supporting continuous improvement and innovation across manufacturing and supply operations

The experience we're looking for

Strong understanding of Industrial IoT (IIoT), IT/OT integration, and manufacturing technologies
Experience working with industrial data platforms, databases, APIs, and streaming technologies such as Kafka/MQTT
Knowledge of data products, analytics, and scalable data solutions, ideally using tools like Databricks or Azure Data Factory
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG/CPG, or high-speed production environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environmet
