As our Global Capex Process Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we plan, govern, and execute capital projects across our global manufacturing network. You’ll lead the rollout of one standard way of working - ensuring every project delivers value, drives performance, and strengthens our ability to serve consumers around the world.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the deployment of global standard processes for Capex planning, governance, and project execution.
- Drive alignment and compliance across markets, regions, and functions—from early concept through post‑investment review.
- Develop, train, and embed one global Capex and project management framework.
- Partner closely with site teams, project managers, and engineers to ensure projects deliver on Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Technical Performance.
- Apply industry best practices and Reckitt’s own experience to simplify processes, increase transparency, and unlock Free Cash Flow.
- Champion continuous improvement and help build strong project management capability across the organization.
- Influence stakeholders at every level in a complex, global, matrixed environment.
The experience we're looking for
- Solid experience in Capex management, engineering, or project leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, and global process standardization.
- Ability to engage, influence, and inspire teams across different levels, functions, and geographies.
- A passion for simplification, operational excellence, and delivering results.
- Strong communication and training skills, with a talent for making complex processes easy to understand and apply.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to drive change in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven organization.
