Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Support of the Global Trade Marketing function to deliver clear 4P Sales guidance to our IMEX teams. The individual will be responsible for leading on insight and analytics during the deployment and preparation of internal and/or market conversations, working across a combination of brands, projects and tasks to enable the success of the function.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll be responsible for:
• Leading of parts of the Essential Home Portfolio on GSM & CGS Development.
• Driving continuous shopper and category learnings to accelerate the future success of our trade propositions.
• Running analysis across commercial tools to support IMEX conversations and or demonstrations.
• Co-ordinating best practice examples across Global TM Teams.
• Creating a continuous repository of market conversations, interventions & actions.
• Creating consistent market reporting documents to evaluate performance, adoption and critical steps required to drive 4P guidance adoption.
• Leading ad-hoc analysis (excel etc.) to support areas or concepts not covered by our current products.
• Continuously striving to find new ways of working and or efficiencies to enable the team and programme to run faster.
The experience we're looking for
• Commercial experience and/or understanding of P&L principles, ideally with experience through previous roles of managing accounts or Trade Strategy.
• Exposure to brand strategy on relaunching/resizing/reformatting products to deliver price differentiation between channels or markets
• Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Sales systems software experience)
• High levels of diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail and/or standard processes
• Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication, presentation skills
• Confident interaction up to Senior Commercial levels within a Market – Team Leads +/- 1 level dependent on market
• Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
