Your responsibilities

•    Forge strong relationships with senior leaders in the functions, devising HR strategies that align with global business objectives.
•    Provide expert guidance on talent management, organisational development, and change initiatives.
•    Propel HR solutions by analysing workforce trends and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making.
•    Lead and contribute to projects enhancing our global HR agenda, ensuring alignment with business needs.
•    Champion and implement performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
•    Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
•    Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
•    Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
•    Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomes.
 

The experience we're looking for

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Solid experience in HR business partnering, ideally within a global environment, driving HR strategy.
•    Proven ability to engage with, influence, and coach senior leaders.
•    Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of solving complex organizational challenges.
•    Experience in change management, developing talent, and leading impactful HR projects.
•    Skilled in integrating diversity and inclusion principles into business practices.
•    Excellent storytelling and data-led presentation skills to articulate HR initiatives persuasively.
•    Ability to execute plans with precision and a clear strategic mindset.
•    Strong understanding of HR practices, policies
•    Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software (Success Factors, OrgVue).
•    Experience in stakeholder management, change management, and project management.
•    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
