About the role
As an HR Business BNL, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple functional leaders across Commercial Functions in Netherlands and Belgium. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving complex transformation initiatives, supporting managers through organizational changes, and ensuring strong alignment between people plans and business priorities.
This role operates in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment, requiring strong stakeholder management, solid understanding of local labour law, and the ability to navigate sensitive employee topics. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and hands‑on support across talent, performance, organisational design, employee relations, reward processes and engagement activities.
You will also translate global HR initiatives into the local context, ensuring effective implementation across the region.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Regulatory and Quality to shape and deliver people strategies that support business growth and performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organisational change, team development and leadership effectiveness.
- Drive key talent processes including talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development to build strong future talent pipelines.
- Coach managers through employee relations topics, performance management and sensitive people matters.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Centres of Excellence to attract great talent and deliver seamless HR support to the business.
- Use people insights and engagement feedback to help leaders build high‑performing, inclusive teams in a fast‑paced international environment.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven HR Business Partner experience (5–10 years in HR, including several years partnering senior stakeholders in an international, matrix environment).
- Strong business partnering capability, with experience supporting corporate or commercial functions; FMCG or consumer‑focused industries are a plus.
- Experience navigating transformation and change, with the ability to support leaders through complex organisational topics.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence senior leaders and adapt communication to different styles and expectations.
- Analytical and solutions‑oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple topics and turn insights into clear actions.
- Fluent English;
- French is a strong advantage, with a degree in HR, Business, Law or a related field.
