About the role
As the IT&D Senior Manager for Commercial Planning, you will lead and manage our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Maximization (RGM) products globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, pragmatic and loves a challenge. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are action and result oriented. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, maintain product profitability, manage product costs, and lead all product operating model forums relevant to the role. This position requires a deep understanding of the Consumer Goods sector and the route to market trade dynamics for both modern and independent trade channels.
Your responsibilities
Lead the TPM and RGM products, which includes running an RFP for Trade Promotion Management, technology selection, pilot, global deployment and run.
Partner with sales and marketing leadership teams to ensure our joint revenue growth targets are achieved.
Act as a thought-leader with a visionary approach to the future of TPM and RGM
To be an expert in Trade Promotion Management platforms in the industry, expertise in Pricing, Promo and Trade investment principles across various channels, geographies and customers.
Co-create omni channel growth initiatives by striving to partner with teams to unlock our true customer potential.
Stimulate new ideas to improve decision making across our revenue growth pillars, based on global insights, learnings and executions
Lead and Coach the IT&D Commercial Planning team to become a best in class, outperformance driven team with both commercial and technology maturity
The experience we're looking for
Former Trade Promotion Management selection and deployment in multiple geographies.

Experience with a blue chip, FMCG Company of at least 6 years with a proven track record
Proven experience at transforming commercial decision making within a commercial CPG environment at scale
Clear Technology understanding in the areas of TPM, RGM, Data, BI, Category and Customer growth platforms
Proven cross functional team leadership capability, with the ability to develop talent and future leaders
Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
Displays a high sense of urgency. Makes sure the job gets done.
Effective teamwork & Communication skills
Ability to influence c-suite management and business partners.
Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities
