About the role

Seeking a chance to make a meaningful impact in a company that values innovation and efficiency? As Procurement Coordinator you will support the execution of the global strategy for the EMO category at local levels, manage local procurement activities including local suppliers and stakeholder relationships, act as a link between the global team and local operations, and participate in delivering category objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the global strategy at the local level to deliver category objectives.
  • Contract signature and management, support during Audit. Lead Scorecard process.
  • Manage local supplier relationships. Work closely with local stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and provide procurement support for various departments and projects.
  • Manage procurement activities for items delegated to local teams within a low complexity/criticality scope. Support the delivery of results in key performance areas, including financial performance (budget, forecast, NWC, productivity, PPV), service and quality to plants, and innovation capture. Participate in identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance for delegated and local categories, including contract signature and management, and provide support during audits. Lead the scorecard process.
  • Support implementation of the Sustainability & Diversity strategy in collaboration with the Sustainability team.
  • Support vulnerability assessments on key supply / value chain risks and propose contingency plans when necessary.
  • Other areas of responsibilities can be defined based on the category.
  • Spend responsibility: 0 to 10mGBP.

The experience we're looking for

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Procurement. (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with local stakeholders, suppliers, and global teams.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, or contract administration (internship or academic exposure preferred).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track performance metrics, and support audits.
  • Interest in sustainability, diversity, and continuous improvement within procurement operations.
