About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Finance Analyst who thrives in complexity and enjoys turning large volumes of data into meaningful business insights.

This role operates within a global matrix, supporting all markets in which Reckitt currently operates. You will work closely with Global and Regional Procurement teams, multiple factories, and finance stakeholders across geographies, navigating different market dynamics, priorities, and levels of maturity. This role sits at the heart of Global Procurement and acts as a bridge to Global Supply Finance and Global FP&A teams, working end to end across month end, forecasting, and planning cycles. You will be the go to expert for Procurement analytics, owning Anaplan and Power BI processes and helping teams understand performance, risks, and opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead end to end Procurement finance processes (month end, forecast, planning) ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all reporting activities.
  • Own and continuously improve Anaplan and Power BI models and reporting
  • Manage and analyse large, complex datasets across multiple markets
  • Partner with Global & Regional Procurement teams on KPIs, risks and performance
  • Act as a key finance contact for factory controllers and supply finance teams
  • Support and train Anaplan Users across the organisation
  • Drive process improvements, standardisation and best practices in a global matrix 
     

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • ACCA or CIMA qualification (part‑qualified or actively working towards) is a strong advantage 
  • Experience in Finance, ideally within Procurement Finance, Supply Finance, or FP&A
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to gather, structure, and interpret data 
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience managing and analysing large, complex datasets
  • Experience with analytics and planning tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, or similar platforms (or strong motivation to develop in this area)
  • Clear and confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive working style
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment
  • Strong team player who enjoys working across functions, cultures, and with diverse stakeholders
