About the role
Immerse yourself in the energising atmosphere of Reckitt as our new Procurement Manager. The role is responsible for execution of strategies and buying activities, with a focus on implementing and continuisly improving Procurement strategies, tools and techniques in order to maximise the company’s results such as top and bottom-line growth and net working capital reduction.
In this role, you will work in partnership with a highly successful and dynamic business and shape the Procurement strategy of a group of raw materials with close involvement with the Supply function, Regulatory, Research & Development, Finance and Marketing.

Your responsibilities
- Own financial accountability for the commodity, including budget planning, spend forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies (global/regional) and lead supplier selection, contracting, and negotiations.
- Manage supplier performance on cost, quality, service, and innovation; ensure business continuity and contingency plans.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, positioning the company as a preferred customer.
- Monitor regulatory, market, and commodity trends to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Drive cost optimization and gross margin improvement through procurement programs and contract management.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Supply teams to translate innovation needs into supplier opportunities.
- Ensure contracts protect intellectual property, minimize liabilities, and secure innovation exclusivity.
- Coach and guide Buyers/Junior Buyers in developing and executing aligned sourcing strategies.
- Represent the company in supplier forums, industry events, and external negotiations.
The experience we're looking for
- In-depth experience of Procurement, at least 3 to 4 years, in a multi-country environment. Commodity (Raws, Pack, etc) and Chemistry experience desirable.
- Degree qualified preferably in Procurement, Finance, Business or other relevant discipline.
- Ability to work in a truly global organisation. Proven experience of working in a fast moving and result driven environment which demands to work under pressure most of the time.
- High degree of fluency of English is required for negotiations and internal communications. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- High level negotiation, influencing at mid to senior level and communication skills.
